United Kingdom Stripe Fees Structure

How are Stripe fees calculated?
The standard rate is 1.5% + £0.20. If you customer pay £100, Stripe fee is (£100 * 0.015) + £0.20 = £1.70.
What percentage does Stripe take?
The rates for Standard payments is 1.5% + £0.20 for standard UK cards and 2.5% + £0.20 for EU cards.
Is Stripe cheaper than PayPal?
Stripe is considerably cheaper than PayPal. PayPal charges 2.9% + £0.30 for each standard transaction while Stripe only asks for 1.5% + £0.20. Stripe also gives you further discount if you're a high-volume business.
