Philippines PayPal Fees Structure
PayPal usually charges a fixed percentage of the transaction plus a fixed fee.
If the buyer’s account is local (Philippines), each transaction costs 3.9% of the total selling price + 15 pesos.
If the buyer’s account is international, each transaction costs 4.4% of the total selling price + 15 pesos.
If the payment is not in PHP, the fixed fee will vary based on the currency.
